Original acrylic painting on stretched canvas with UV coating, 16" x 20." I painted this special tree and scene at the Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City during a plein air competition, and it took an honorable mention! I love how the two halves of the tree seem to be clasped to one another. This painting has a lot of brass and copper metallic paint in it, it is lovely in real life.
